This sensor is used for dissolved oxygen measurement; This is galvanic type sensor & can be used for measurement of DO in feed water. Dissolved oxygen (DO) refers to the amount of oxygen that is present in water in its dissolved form. In a thermal power plant, the measurement of dissolved oxygen is critically important for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the steam cycle, especially in the prevention of corrosion, optimizing water treatment, and ensuring the overall longevity of the plant’s components.
