Sample Coolers – Heat Exchangers

Description

The Company designs and manufactures a wide range of Sample Coolers and Heat Exchangers that are used for cooling high-temperature process samples such as steam, water, and other industrial fluids prior to analysis. These products form a critical component of sampling and analytical systems by ensuring the safe and accurate measurement of process parameters without compromising analyzer performance or operator safety. The Company’s sample coolers are engineered to maintain precise temperature control and to handle high-pressure, high-temperature conditions typically encountered in power plants, refineries, and chemical process industries. The designs emphasize efficient heat transfer, minimal sample contamination and low maintenance requirements.

The product range under this category includes:

· Sample Coolers:Heat Exchangers: Standard single-coil or double-coil coolers designed for general industrial and utility applications, providing reliable cooling performance and long service life.

· Refinery Sample Coolers for Close Loop Sampling Systems: Specially designed coolers for refinery and petrochemical applications, capable of handling hydrocarbon and process condensate samples in closed-loop configurations, ensuring operator safety and environmental compliance.

· Coil-in-Coil Type Sample Cooler: Compact and high-efficiency design using concentric coil arrangement to achieve maximum heat transfer with minimal coolant consumption, suitable for applications where space optimization and performance consistency are critical.

· Close circuit cooling water system:  A closed-circuit cooling water system circulates water in a continuous loop to remove heat from the condenser. The heated water flows to the cooling tower, where natural or forced air cools it before returning to the condenser. This system is commonly used in power plants located away from large water sources. The large hyperbolic concrete towers seen near thermal power plants are cooling towers used to cool the circulating water.

All sample coolers are manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and are subjected to rigorous quality testing, including hydrostatic and performance testing, to ensure durability and compliance with international standards.

By integrating advanced design, precision fabrication, and robust materials, the Company’s Sample Coolers and Heat Exchangers deliver optimal performance and reliability in demanding process environments, making them suitable for power generation, oil & gas, and industrial utility sectors.
