ECO-FLASH, flash vessels are used for separation of flash steam from high pressure condensate thereby generating useful low pressure steam totally free of cost. ECO-FLASH is supplied with all standard accessories like safety valve, pressure gauge, Valve, double window sight glass, steam trap and strainer.

• The function of a flash tank is to allow high-pressure condensate to flash and a reduced pressure steam.
• This reduced pressure steam is then used to supply heat to a “low” pressure supply main.


Simple in construction and operated by steam, these are highly economical and energy efficient pumps for pumping of hot condensate practically at 100° C. The pump is available as a complete package with condensate collection tank, interconnecting piping with strainer, isolating valve, disc check NRV at inlet and disc check valve at outlet. It is also provided with the motive steam inlet connections complete with isolating valve, steam trap and piping. Condensate inlet to tanks and the condensate outlet of the pump are provided with flanged connections.

Removal of Moisture becomes essential from gases and Steam as it cause of two phase flow, water hammer, damage to equipments, as well as it affects heat transfer, total heat carrying capacity of the fluid in case of steam.
For effective separation of moisture from Steam Air and other gases, is the uniquely designed Baffle type of separator. In this separator the incoming fluid hit the baffle and the changing contour and resulting in expanding of volume, moisture gets deposited on the cool Baffle plates to be drained by the natural inclined inner profile of the separator, whereas the Steam / gas gets around the Baffle and out sans moisture, ensuring 95% efficiency, and longer life of equipment.

Condensate formed due to steam condensing in the pipeline may cause problems of varied nature in a steam circuit. It is also possible that the source of condensate could be the boiler supplying wet steam to plant. It is absolutely essential to remove this condensate from the line for supply of dry steam with minimum pressure drop to this equipment. The Moisture separator is designed to remove entrained water particles from the steam so that they can be drained away as condensate. The water particles settle on the cooler baffle plates and are drained away by the unique design of the body. This can also be used on compressed air lines. Moisture separators are well proven multi baffle designed to remove condensate with high level of efficiency and reliability. The multi baffle design will cause total removal of condensate from steam lines that are fed by boilers generating wetness as high as 20%. Typically contoured body design allows large flow areas to ensure low pressure drops.
